People First makes signature-cut shirts, outerwear and stable basics from Italy's finest forgotten textiles. We work slowly, in small numbers, with local ateliers in the Baltics. This is not a store. It is a record of the people, materials and decisions behind the work.

We replaced complexity with clarity. Five pieces, fully prepared for any occasion. Stable basics are the only true timeless luxury — and we believe clothes should be as understandable as the people who wear them.
Our signature-cut shirt, drawn from a single bolt of forgotten Italian cloth and sewn by hand in the Baltics. Personally numbered, paired with a textured card of authenticity — a timeless piece designed to outlive the trends of today.
We hunt for high-end deadstock — the world’s finest Italian fabrics left behind by the great fashion houses. Forgotten bolts of cotton, wool and jersey, often only forty or fifty metres at a time. We do not commission new fibre. We only use what already exists.
This makes each signature shirt a true rarity. Personally numbered, paired with a textured card of authenticity, each piece is a unique chapter in a limited story.
